This restaurant is certainly one very unique place. Firstly, the food is mostly all raw vegan of which the variety certainly beats anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Some of you may remember Giva which used to be Chiang Mai's only raw vegan restaurant before the owner died and there was a subsequent closure. The owner here was a partner with Giva's said owner and so many of the dishes have been re-created from Giva's menu.

This said, they are not Giva and the dishes do not match Giva's quality so do not come here expecting the same. However, if you are a raw foodist then you will not be disappointed by the dishes as they are very wholesome and delicious and perfect for the health conscious. The food is not cheap, as to be expected with raw food. They also have non raw vegetarian and vegan food such as classic Thai dishes which are the same price as any high end Thai restaurant. The fruit smoothies taste amazing.

We would love to announce this place as Chiang Mai's only western vegan restaurant for which they would be a great contender, however they have one dish with egg white and they also use honey, so unfortunately we are left still waiting for that restaurant.

The restaurant is a small shop front with both outside and inside seating and has nothing spectacular about the decor but it is a much nicer place to sit than some of the other tacky bars that are surrounding it. The location is on Loi Kroh Road among the red light district of Chiang Mai which some may find a little strange but the restaurant is also a full bar in the evening which we welcome. I am not sure how this will work out for the customers because most raw foodists and health conscious people don't drink, so I'm guessing they will just attract two different types of clientele; some for the food, and some for the alcohol. Personally, I'll take both.
