SK restaurant at Samma Karuna is slightly off from the main street of Sri Thanu down the left turn after 7-11. This is a small vegetarian café attached to their yoga studio where you can take classes. On my visit they weren’t able to show me a menu as it had gotten wet in the rain but just asked me what I wanted, so I cannot comment that much on the range of options but the distorted menu was quite small.

 

As I was having another day of eating raw I went for a rainbow salad with a mango dressing which was fine. I also had a raw vegan carrot cake which was quite delicious. Although the food here did the job it wasn’t as mind blowing as some of the other restaurants in the area. It was nice but just was not as interesting or filling as the other raw dishes I’ve tried.

 

It’s a small place with indoor and outdoor seating with hammocks. The yoga studio is just behind the cafe and I feel that Summa Kharma is probably more geared towards their yoga school than towards their food but it is a perfectly good option for a lunchtime dish or a light feed.
