Ice Love You is a fabulous little find just off of Suthep Road not far from Nimman. It is a small cafe that sells only ice cream, that is, VEGAN ice cream (there is only one that is not vegan which is the cheese flavour) it's a dream come true!

There is an abundance of flavours, and as well as just ice cream they have specially created dessert dishes which taste simply divine.

I could not believe such a shop actually existed on earth until I finally tried it out. My favourite is their signature dish, as is pictured below, the mexican buritto. Their Korean yoghurt fruit mix is also very popular.

Ice Love You will absolutely satisfy any vegan (or anyone, for that matter) who is craving a truly sweet yet healthy and creative dessert.

UPDATE MARCH 2015: There is also now an Ice Love You Too! This is a second branch and it situated in the market across from the main gate of Chiang Mai University. It is right in the top zone of the market. It is a smaller, kiosk style branch with only outside seating. Menu is the same! Great stuff!
